I’ve decided to combine two related issues into one chapter because, well, they are related. Without getting too up-close and personal here, both ergonomics and accessibility have to do with your body. You know, that body that you’ve had your whole life, the one that’s seen you through the good times, the bad times, the injuries, and the growth spurts. The body you’ve possibly (hopefully) worked on to keep you healthy, to keep you looking good...and in the case of this chapter, to keep you effective and energized at work.
