Good manners are made up of petty sacrifices.
Everyone talks about it, everyone uses it, and everyone, at some time, has complained about it. Electronic mail (you know it as e-mail) has become the standard for how companies communicate with employees, how employees communicate with each other, how consumers communicate with companies, how moms and dads keep track of kids, how kids keep track of their friends, and even how teachers reach out to students (even when students have no desire to be reached out to).
