A. Taking the WiQ Survey
This appendix provides a basic template for taking the WiQ survey for your own organization. It is recommended that you take this across several business units, functional areas, and management levels of the organization and compare the results. It may also be useful to sample results from different demographic groups of employees (young versus old, international versus U.S.-based, and so on). Rate each parameter on a scale from 1 to 7, with 1 being very low/minimal, 4 being moderate, and 7 being very high/pervasive.
