About the Author

Max Donner is a private equity investment analyst and widely published author of magazine features and interviews. He began his publishing career as a stock market columnist and followed reader interest to add two decades of in-depth sports business coverage. He studied economics at Amherst College and Cornell University and finance at Harvard Business School, where he was awarded an MBA degree with honors.

Foreword author Steve Wilson has covered Olympic sports for ­Associated Press and the Olympic Review and was President of the Society of Olympic Journalists through 2018.
