FOREWORD
I’ve always been a bit troubled by the adage credited to Benjamin Franklin instructing that “in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”
While I admit to a degree of trepidation when it comes to challenging the words of one of our most beloved Founders, I cannot help but note that there is a third “certainty” that somehow escaped Dr. Franklin’s pen.
Change.
