CONCLUSION
In 2016, Elena spent a week in Nairobi, Kenya, leading a workshop on coaching and learning about education in Kenya. One afternoon, she observed a PD session for school leaders. As the 20 weary educators ambled into the training room after lunch, Elena was reminded of the many teachers and administrators to whom she'd presented PD in the United States.
