Abstract
One of the main principles of concentrated solar power (CSP) technologies is based on large mirror or reflector surfaces, which reflect the incoming radiation onto a focus. The largest component of a CSP system is the mirror. Therefore, the feasibility of these technologies strongly depends on the reflector material used to obtain a suitable mirror. A very relevant issue is to find a cost-effective mirror with appropriate optical and geometrical properties, which is able to resist the environmental stress.
