Removing Digital Noise
Digital noise is that stuff (or junk) that you see throughout your photo if you shoot with a high ISO (it also happens when you use a low-quality camera). It typically pops up in low-light photos, but can really rear its ugly head at other times, too. While you can’t remove all of this noise in Photoshop Elements, you can reduce its appearance with a filter. Here’s how:
Open the photo that was taken in low lighting (or using a high ISO setting) and has visible digital noise.
