Focusing Light with Digital Dodging and Burning
I’ve got some bad news and some good news (don’t you hate it when people start a conversation like that?). The bad news first (yeah, I like it that way, too): Elements’ Dodge and Burn tools are kind of lame. The pros don’t use them and, after you read this tutorial, I hope you won’t either. The good news...there is a great method the pros do use to dodge and burn and it’s totally non-destructive. It’s flexible and really quite easy to use.
