Create the right atmosphere
Start by setting clear objectives for the workshop and communicating them to the participants. This will help them understand the purpose of the session and what is expected of them. Choose a venue that is comfortable, spacious and conducive to creativity and collaboration. Establish ground rules at the beginning of the session to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Encourage participants to actively participate, respect each other’s opinions and avoid distractions during the session.
