Third Practice: Sharing
You’ve identified key stakeholders. You’ve created a list of ingredients and options. You’ve negotiated a mix of technology tools, organizational practices, and human capabilities and needs. Now that you have a base recipe, how do you bring others along so that they can share in the hard work?
Sharing is the third practice of the plugged-in manager.
If you don’t share, then every action you take toward getting plugged in is a full-blown implementation effort––in terms of both having to explain yourself for every move and having the motivation to work in a plugged-in way.
