Introduction

Paradox is in the news. Often it is the news. It is in all of life; it impacts all of life. It knows no boundaries—geographically, socially, economically, politically, culturally, and organizationally. In this book, I’ll share with you how individuals, teams, and organizations can accomplish great things—increased profits to improved personal relationships—by managing paradoxes well.
