• Transaction Interarrival Time (seconds)—species the duration of the
time interval between two consecutive database transactions. This attribute
helps to determine the start time of the next database transaction. The start
time of the next transaction is computed by adding the value of this attri-
bute to the time when the previous transaction started. Database transac-
tions are independent of one another, which means that the client can start
a new transaction before receiving a response for the previous transaction.
