Attributes category of the Congure/Run DES window (Section 4.3) determines
the version of the IP protocol used to transfer the application data. By default, the
value of IP Version Preference is set to IPv6. In situations when at least one of the
source and destination nodes is not dual-stack enabled, then the version of IP that is
common to all the nodes is used to transfer the application data. If the source and
destination nodes do not support a common version of IP, then trafc cannot be sent
between these nodes.
