Send Version—species the RIP version used to send update messages.
The value of this attribute overrides the value of the router-wide attribute
Version. This attribute accepts the following values:
Version1—RIPv1 updates are sent via broadcast.
Version2—RIPv2 updates are sent via multicast.
Version1&2—the router can send update messages for both RIPv1 and
RIPv2 according to the setting of the router-specic attribute Send Style.
Default—uses either RIPv1 or RIPv2 update methods depending on
the version of RIP specied via the router-wide attribute Version.
Receive Version—species the type of RIP routing updates accepted by
this interface. This attribute can be set to one of the following values:
