6Accommodating Exceptions within the POLCA Framework

Chapter 2 described how POLCA works, and in particular, it explained the Decision Time Flowchart, which is the kernel of the system’s operation. Chapter 5 then provided additional details needed for the design of a system to suit your particular needs.
