Acknowledgments
Bringing change to organizations requires an immense eort from many
people, along with a combination of considerable talents and an unfailing
commitment to purpose. Although writing and creating a book do not
compare to changing an organization, I have done both and have learned
that neither can be accomplished without a great deal of help from others.
