they are controlled so as to bring them to a single point of inuence inside
a common process.
Millions of us buy pizza, whether it’s from Pizza Hut or Pizza Pizza or
our favorite upscale Italian restaurant. Assuming that the product is to our
liking, the rest is about process. e particular process in each pizza busi-
