required to get us to a point where we were free and entitled to experiment
with manageable risk.

• Determine standard travel routes the products/services take.
• Group together products/services with same or similar routings.
• Identify processing times for each specic activity.
• Determine possible “families” for products/services with the same
routing.
• Design a unique process ow for each “family.”
