I have developed seven habits that will allow you to live in the present, be much more productive, and eliminate the procrastination that no longer serves you.

Habit #1—Manage Yourself in Time

This first habit involves working with time frames. Becoming a recovering procrastinator requires developing a much greater sense of time—one hour, one day, one week, one month, one quarter, one year. This is breaking time down into manageable time frames.
