8 The Agile Organization
Just as the Scrum Guide does not say anything about the role of management or managers, it also does not say anything about the structure of the organization that is necessary to support Scrum. In truth, many different kinds of organizational structures can be adapted to work, so long as they are aligned to delivering value to customers and removing anything that gets in the way.
