The foundations

Each part of this book provides a set of advice related to one aspect of project management. There is a very rough progression in terms of expertise from one part to the next. This first part starts at the most simple level.

Exploring the subject of project management requires a basic level of knowledge. This basic knowledge relates to understanding the meaning and relevance of certain core concepts which are used all the time in discussing, explaining and justifying the discipline.
