This section provides feedback for the case study questions presented at the end of the chapters. You were only provided with minimal information about the case studies prior to being asked the questions. If you were actually managing these projects/programs, however, you would have considerably more information at hand to make decisions. Further, it is important to note that some decisions are based on the culture of the organization rather than best practices. Also, please remember there are no right or wrong answers.
