This chapter makes up Part V: Working Outside of the Theatre, an examination of some of the numerous ways in which projection designers might practice their work in other sectors. While the primary focus of this book is projection design for the theatre, it must be acknowledged that there are many other sectors in which projection designers practice their art. In fact, due to the higher wages offered in areas like editing and animation, many projection designers may use their skillsets in these other areas as a means to supplement their income.
