Self-reflection is helpful, but it’s easy to overlook something from your own point of view. That’s why I rely heavily on giving and receiving feedback. Feedback is great for learning, and research shows it significantly boosts learning outcomes [1]. And having a culture where everyone gives and gets feedback helps the team as it builds trust and reminds us we’re all here to learn.
