To sell a wholesale property, you need to do three things. First, you need to provide your potential buyers with critical information, both to get them interested in the deal and to inspire them to make a quick decision. Second, you need to make sure that the people who are on your buyers’ list know about the property you have for sale. And finally, you need to market the deal to the general public.

As a wholesaler, you will always be using your trophy database of buyers to sell your deals. But that doesn’t mean it’s safe to put all your eggs in one basket. When you get a property under contract, you also need a plan to market it properly to the general public. The more you market your deals, the more your buyers’ list will grow.


As you add people to your buyers’ list inside your trophy database you want to make sure you collect as much contact information as possible, so when you have a deal for sale you can let them know about it in various ways. You want to always make sure your trophy database is organized. This means you should be constantly cleaning and updating the data inside your database. For example, if you have a lot of old e-mail addresses, you want to make sure you purge them from your database because when you send mass e-mails this could hurt your e-mail deliverability rate to the valid ...
