Introduction
This chapter examines corporate-led governance of collective labour rights, such as the right to freedom of association and assembly (FOAA),1 for women workers in global supply chains (GSCs). The workers who face the largest challenges in exercising their assembly and association rights are often migrant workers, women workers in general, supply chain workers, informal workers and domestic workers (United Nations General Assembly, 2016, p. 4).
