You really are what you eat
First of all, let’s just establish why it matters that you get to grips with food. What you eat makes a huge contribution to your physical health, and there’s now plenty of science to show it also affects your mood. Yep, the right eating habits will actually make you happier.
This isn’t a healthy eating guide. There are plenty of good ones around, and the gist of them all is the same. Eat a balanced diet of mostly natural, unprocessed foods, with lots of fruit and vegetables, some protein, some starch, not too much of anything, Bob’s your uncle.
