How to Intervene
This chapter explores how to use the diagnosis-intervention cycle to intervene once you have decided to do so. I describe each step of an intervention and explain what to say, how to say it, who to say it to, when to say it, and when not to say it. At the end of the chapter, I describe how to carefully choose your words in intervening.
