Sharing solutions

It is all very well involving groups of people in creative processes to generate ideas, solutions to problems and new ways of working. But what happens when you have those ideas? How do you determine which are worth pursuing?

In this section, you will find:

  • a wealth of methods of collecting (sometimes described as ‘harvesting’) ideas generated in a collaborative problem-solving session;
