Latin Americans can be a real joy to have as business partners. Colourful, expressive, friendly and warm. They can also be slow, emotional and unpredictable. As your relationship develops, you will soon find that the business/personal fine line blurs. That’s a good sign.

Here are my top tips for working with Latin Americans as business partners:
