When you want to align your agenda to everyone else’s

Have you ever been bored during someone else’s communication?

It’s notoriously hard to align your agenda with someone else’s. But failing to do so causes big problems – people don’t buy-in, strategies don’t land, stakeholders don’t engage, teams don’t function, families argue . . . the list is endless.
