Introduction

As sensitive as the Sony NEX-6 is to light, there are times when additional lighting is required. This situation frequently arises when photographing indoors. Supplemental lighting can be easily and conveniently obtained with the camera’s built-in flash. However, the flash is a low-powered unit and does not have enough output to illuminate a large room. It should be regarded as a supplemental rather than a primary light source.
