This section describes the organizational project management (OPM) framework, including the tailoring of OPM elements such as methodology, knowledge management, talent management, and governance.

4.2 OPM METHODOLOGIES

Referring to Section 3.2, OPM methodologies are project management methodologies intended for those who work in project management within a specific organization. OPM methodologies aim to provide advice, directions, knowledge, and instructions on portfolio, program, and/or project management relevant to specific organizational backgrounds, circumstances, motives, and needs.
