tion is similar to the process used in Chapter 11, How to Measure and
Improve the Maturity of the Strategic IT Competencies and Skills
of Your IT Organization. e process includes an assessment instru-
ment you can use to measure the maturity of the IT competencies
and skills in your IT organization. e following is a quick refresher
of the process because we will use a similar framework in measuring
the strategic maturity of your IT organization. It may be benecial to
reread Chapter 11 if you desire.
