Your facility can probably get by with as little as one good cleaning per week, if you keep an eye on things. But someone is going to have to do the dirty work: cleaning the bathrooms, emptying the trash, washing the windows, vacuuming, etc.

A janitorial service will come on a regular schedule, usually in the late evening or early morning so that they remain virtually invisible, and smile apologetically when they walk into the control room wearing elbow-length rubber gloves at 6:00 a.m. and you’re still mixing. Unless you’re really busy, two or three times per week is a good norm, which means you’re probably looking at $200 to $400 per month in charges.
