One of the best ways to stay in touch with your employees is to call regular company meetings. Given the haphazard nature of studio booking schedules, it’s crazy to try and schedule something for the third Wednesday of every month, but it should be easy enough to arrange a sit-down every so often when a hole miraculously pokes through the schedule.
