Are You Finding the Genius and the Castaways?

When I first started diving, all my dive buddies and I talked about was 150 feet of visibility! Let me explain. One hundred and fifty feet of visibility is nearly unheard of; it’s like diving in “Gin” clear waters. A typical lake might have 3 to 10 feet of visibility, while a swimming pool is likely to have 30 to 40 feet of visibility. You get the picture. We would swim continuously, just taking in the sights. It’s such an alien world we dreamt of having 150 feet of visibility to soak it all up!
