This chapter and the next explain how you can create and maintain job descriptions relevant to your employees' and volunteers' current responsibilities. In this chapter we provide sample job descriptions for the four types of social change organizations and describe the components of a job description. We also provide sample job responsibilities for several positions within each type of social change organization.
