Now that you have created your goals and objectives, it is time to begin implementation. In this chapter we'll discuss the budget, time, and resources your organization needs to implement the professional development objectives you have set for your organization, employees, and volunteers. We'll also provide you with specific resources for implementation success and ideas for how to deal with common barriers to implementation. Figure 10.1 gives you an overview of the implementation of professional development.
