To provide your sellers with great service, use technology throughout the buying process to improve communication and simplify the transaction management. Chapters 1, and , 10, and , 3, and , 8 and 9 cover the tools and techniques for applying technology to client service. Note that the workflow and tools described here are similar to those you use for buyers, as covered in appendix B. This should not be a surprise, since buyers and sellers are parties to the same transaction, just with different roles. Also note that appendix A covers tools and techniques for your marketing efforts, including those to help sell specific listings.
