V brought in an evangelist from EdSuccess, a company devoted to educating corporate brands on new and emerging technology, to help train her team about all the new technology. Rex Williams was an expert in emerging technology and linking them to business outcomes.

He was selected because he was a storyteller/teacher. A storyteller is a great teacher because storytelling is a powerful and engaging way to communicate ideas and concepts. They use vivid language, descriptive details, and expressive gestures to bring the story to life, which can make the material more interesting and memorable for the listener.

In addition, stories make concepts that are hard to grasp more relatable and easier to understand than a word‐driven explanation. For example, a story shows how a particular concept or idea works in a real‐world situation, making it easier to grasp the concept. Overall, storytelling is an effective teaching tool because it helps capture the attention and imagination of the listener, making the learning process more enjoyable and effective.
