As we mentioned on page 30, Dr. Mikel Harry, in his seminal work, Six Sigma: The Breakthrough Management Strategy Revolutionizing the World’s Top Corporations,1 laid out for us some key performance indicators that dictate how we begin the process of implementing the TLS Continuum. Dr. Harry tells us that:
