Chapter 15Determining the Gap Analysis
As we reach the end of Part 4 of this book, it is important that we summarize the journey so far. In Chapter 13 we explored the process of determining the state of the system as we find it at the outset of the problem resolution task. Through the use of various Gemba tools we have been able to ascertain how the process works in our organization. It is also possible that we discovered where the problem is found.
