The second support pillar to the infrastructure is that of organizational alignment. Every organization has its unique set of mission statements, values, and strategies. They are all fed by the unique corporate culture. In order for the implementation plan to be successful, the organization as a whole must buy in to the plan. The organization must walk the walk and talk the talk.
