The TLS Continuum and the continuous process improvement efforts are not the Wild Wild West, nor are they a free-for-all. For over 20 years we dealt with the Wild Wild West as an environmental condition. We recruited and trained new real estate agents. Part of the training program was how to go about attracting clients.
