Now that you have a clear sense of your Role, Goals, and Year‐at‐a‐Glance, it is time to enter the world of your first Together Tool – and hopefully the one you may have in place already – a Comprehensive Calendar. The purpose of having your long‐term calendar – likely laid out digitally in whatever calendar technology your organization uses – is to get a Bird's‐eye view of upcoming events, deadlines, and appointments – across your own work calendar and organization, and maybe even your personal life too!
