While literally hundreds of books have been written about project planning – including our own micro‐book, The Together Project Manager – I didn't feel we could skip it here and still have a book for you, dear Together Teammate. While other sections of this book cover tracking tasks for others, assigning work to your colleagues, or Clearing Cobwebs of murky tasks, I want to spend this chapter focused on what is an actual project, why build a Project Plan, and how to use a Project Plan with the rest of your Together Tools.
