Chapter 20. Accessing Your Music in the Cloud
The latest development in streaming audio is something called cloud streaming. In essence, this technology stores your personal music collection in the “cloud”—an ephemeral collection of Internet-based servers. You can then stream your music to any computer, smartphone, or other device connected to the Internet. Cloud streaming lets you carry your music collection with you pretty much anywhere there’s an Internet connection.
