The service desk accepts calls for several disciplines in the organisation (IT, housing, facilities, and cleaning) and also provides specific services for the academies.

6.1 BUAS

Leisure and events; and

Logistics and media.

In addition, it conducts applied research, supports emerging entrepreneurs, develops knowledge under license, and provides courses and training for professionals.
